He doesn't need to be managed at all. Patrick is a very hardworking guy and he is very punctual. He is very trustworthy and I would definitely recommend his services. He does have good communication skills and good workmanship. He does clean up when he's done working and I am very happy with the work he did. He did have his own transportation and the right tools for the job. Patrick does follow Instructions very well and he's got good management abilities. I got to know about his services through a referral and his prices were quite affordable.
